Wooden Book Rack -- Utilitarian and Necessary if You Have Books!
A wooden book rack can be screwed to the wall, or be portable. They are a simple piece of furniture but can last a very long time. A wooden book rack is lightweight so you can move it all over the place if need be. A student can take their book rack away to college and have a place to store all of their textbooks. Wooden book racks may be painted or simply stained. If one gets a ding you can usually sand it smooth and repaint the shelf. Because they are made from many different materials, both wood and not, and because they are almost always pretty inexpensive, a lot of retail stores may not carry much of a variety. You can always shop online and see all of the book racks out there, simple or not, and choose just the right one for you, or your student.
