Children's Room Furniture -- What Theme Does Your Child Want?
If your children are small they will probably not know what they want, but as a parent you can decorate their rooms in neutral colors and then add accessories. That way, as the child gets a little older they can start to choose their own room's décor. A bed of the right size is essential. Getting a standard one -- twin size is a good starter, will enable you to purchase standard bed linens which are cheaper A night stand and a desk and dresser and a chair are essential. Disney designs are always popular with children. Girls also seem to like Princesses and with boys, Toy Story or Cars are good themes. If you can paint the child's room a Princess color or a Toy Story color, then add a few pieces your child will love it and you can also change a few things around later. Often, if the room is Disney-themed, that company will have accessories which you can use such as TV sets or lamps etc.
